The Art of Poster is one of the charter members of IVPDA. Piotr Dabrowski is dealing with Polish posters for over 25 years. Primarily as an employee, and later as one of co owners of "Galeria Grafiki" in Warsaw. From 1996 together with Agnieszka Kulon he owns The Art of Poster. From their extended collection they organized several exhibitions or helped to built inventory for such /Western Amerykanski in Gene Autry Museum/. The Kellenberger Collection is one of the oldest still active private poster collections worldwide. The owner Eric Kellenberger started in the mid 1960ies as a young Architect, searching for quality interior decorations, focusing on colorful images of strong artistic expression at affordable prices. It was in 1965 while traveling through Amsterdam, Muriel found an exhibit of Toulouse-Lautrec and was forever smitten. She then would spend the next 25 years as a symphony musician and also was a partner in an interior design firm. It was in 1981,when she opened the gallery and began devoting full time to antique and collectible posters.

For over 20 years, I have surrounded my home, work, and life with these delightful poster treasures. Having majored in the arts in college and studied art abroad in Florence, Italy, I subsequently began to work in the art world in New York City for many years. I was fortunate to work in several of the city's famous art galleries and for an art magazine and ultimately became a private dealer to a European family's art collection. How wonderful that years later I am combining my passion with my work being involved in the vintage poster world.

Begining in 1954, Galerie Documents created by Michel Romand, great grand son of Edmond Sagot, is specialized in original posters by famous French and International artists from 1870 to 1970. A large selection of this posters can be seen at the gallery situated in the heart of Saint Germain.

I Desire Vintage Posters opened in Toronto in 1987 by way of the art and design interests of Valerie and Jim Clark.We immediately saw lithographic posters as possibly giving the same excitement as great examples of other design objects. Poster conservation began in 1975 coincident with the rediscovery and exhibition of Chicago area transit posters of the 1920s.
