Colbert in London uses vintage posters on the walls to create the atmosphere of a classic Parisian pavement cafe and French brasserie, echoing early- to mid-20th-century Continental cafe culture.
The interior design mixes Art Nouveau arches, Victorian tiling, dark wood, red banquettes and custom chandeliers with original French posters and vintage photographs to make it feel as if it has evolved over decades.
